What Are the Primary Uses of the Extra Protein?

One point two grams per kilogram body weight per day is like the absolute minimum. Most of that protein is going to go into promoting muscle protein synthesis and actually being incorporated directly into that muscle tissue to increase muscle mass. And it's probably also going toGo into boosting immune function and supporting other aspects of whole body protein turned over a college in synthesis. It might need more niason just on the basis of blasting through so much extra energy expenditure, and doing putting so much stress on their body that requires repair processes.
