I think what I try to balance when I have feelings like that is express them in a way that diffuses the pressure that I feel. Like, for me at least I feel like I need to be honest, you know, especially with people who are really important to me. If I'm upset about something, I it's unacceptable to me to not address it immediately. And I don't like that stuff sit inside.
