How to Internalize Cognitive Biases

I don't really think that most people when they read the science on cognitive biases have are able to internalize that and believe on a visceral level that their own thinking can be biased. So I think those books are good for the background. Honestly, my recommendation wouldn't be a particular book, but it would be a policy of taking positions that you hold on science or ethics or politics, lifestyles and trying to find the most intelligent advocate of an opposing view. And try to take their arguments seriously and question your own arguments using theirs as a guide.
