The Challenges of Starting an Open Source Platform
I like the idea that there has to be a couple of bad decisions as just part of doing business. I would perhaps recommend on getting on hiring faster, finding people that are eager to join the story and share their experience,. That was really something that many times over, we learned that when we had someone join the team, they would bring in much more to the table than what we even expected. Broadened the horizon and try out things that we didn't even realize that we needed to take care of.
