The Uncapped Nature of Tax Credits

I think there could be what's the silver lining between how many times you can buy a commercial vehicle, right? At what point are you creating a rinse and repeat model for someone to just farm this revenue, right? Farm these credits, essentially, as their version of revenue. I don't know if they're trying to limit the transferability of this out of where the problem actually exists. The one one last thing I really hope we see is that U.S. has been so reliant on other countries, and there's been such a difficult time to develop any of like mines in the United States.
