Multifamily in a Downturn in the Market
The San Francisco Gate Slack is ditching its headquarters for good, giving up 230,000 square feet in the Bay Area. Cox Automotive has put 400,000sq ft out of space out for sublease at a property in Atlanta. In Philadelphia, Comcast is looking to shed 140,000 sq ft via sub lease. The Gateway 1 office in Bellevue sold for $34 million; that's a big decrease from where it was last sold.
