A Woman on a Bicycle, Where Are You Going?
Georgina was a real oddity going into rumania in 19 88. She had read the romantic tales of patrick leferme, who walked from london to istambull and gave this romantic image of the country. But i was on a bicycle, and it was a very different time. And every now and then i met people who should not have talked to me, whose conversations with me should have been reported to the securitarte. So i had this strange experience being this innocent woman on a bicycle,. cycling through somebody else's nightmare.
