The Two-Year Statute of Limitations in New York
There's an outside chance even the two-year statute of limitations may not apply. So imagine two hedge fund bros both work at the same hedge fund in New York City, but one lives in Connecticut as they are want to do. And the other one lives in Manhattan. One can't be charged with fraud because he lives in Manhattan, and the other one can because he live in Connecticut. What? It's wild. You've known the whole time. I'll just say, like, I don't love that.
