Is Your Traditional 403b a Good Idea?
If you're looking for a rule of thumb that may or may not apply to you, generally if your marginal tax rate is less than 20%, you should be thinking Roth. The one thing I would caution you not to do is something that is encouraged by people that run steak dinners and sell annuities in things.
