How Much Money Do I Need to Put in to Fund a Deal?
Jordan: Can you fund a deal or can you get a deal done without investing some of your own capital into a deal? Yes. Is it more challenging to do that or can it be more challenging? Yes. As the independent sponsor model has become more popular and more accepted, we are starting to see more and more where capital providers are starting to use an independent sponsor's willingness and ability to bring a check to the table as a criteria for how serious they are. Jordan: One of the things I think I want to get to is that many people don't always know what kind of money will come out of their piggy bank.
