The Airbnb Bubble

In my humble opinion, we are in an Airbnb bubble right now. And if you don't think that I would encourage you to go on Facebook and join any number of Airbnb owner groups. There's more homes under construction in the US than during the GFC even with a per capita population increase. It tells me that there's a lot of like leverage and speculation out there.
