I'm Not Sure if the CIA Would Have Known About the Pipeline Explosion, but I Don't Know.

CNN's John Defterios and Mark Whitaker are talking about the article that appeared in The New York Review of Books. They say they don't know why it was not attributed to Russia, or if CIA would have known. But Radik Sikorsky tweeted a photo from where the Nord Stream pipeline first blew up thanking U.S., White House for its help; then deleted it after everyone jumped on it.
