Leotard's Meta Narratives Are Totalizing

In 2011, the Victorian Albert Museum in London had its first retrospective on postmodernism. This was supposed to be the way to undercut the dominant narratives which supposedly were the source of the oppression. How has that worked out? Not too well according to David Frum.
