Ike: One of the reasons why outbound is so helpful for us is because we don't necessarily know who our ideal custom of profile is. We have a multi channel approach through emales, caus linked in lots of different areas. And again, this is wheroutbane really works for us, because we can be very picky ind who we speak to. It's more likely to be between a company and 200 employees as a ratio. So there's a higher r o i for these people in autimating those low value added tasks.
