I didn't think I'd fractured this because I was like suddenly jumping and I just had like a little tendon to my knee every now and then. And when you're doing like an impact thing, there's no recovery. So that was the start of probably eight weeks of really bad shape. Was going back to LA after that. Was getting better, but he was just like doing more workout than Jumping. One of his weak chains is glute activation. That's one of the things I've noticed the most benefit from going to the gym.
