How Do Journey Maps Play a Role in Delivering a Great Customer Experience?

In order to deliver a great customer experience you first need to have your own house in order. Building bridges between those silos is very, very difficult because every team creates their own ways of documenting things. By creating some sort of framework we can limit the mental load when I'm trying to decode a journey map by having the same lines of things.
