The Passion of Climbing Training for Fitness

Climbing is my bread and butter. Like I use climbing a lot in terms of just, I want to feel really good in my body and climbing helps me do that. So my passion for training adults literally came from teaching a course or a group class once a week that was training for climbing class but it was all like an hour long workout. It included some climbing specific training stuff, a drill or focus point in their climbing and wrapped up with a group workout at the end in some stretching, things like that. And I've taught that kind of course for years. All of my favorite sessions from those courses will be what I'm teaching people.
