How to Massage Your Prostate
The pelvic floor, when we're anxious or scared, it tightens up. Don't do any penetration without them saying that they're ready for it. You want to stroke with your finger pad, not poke with the fingertip. If he feels like he needs to pee, that means you have found the prostate but you're pressing a little bit too hard. So back off on pressure and see if that changes the sensations. And remember to breathe. If you hold your breath during sex, which a lot of people do, then your body tightens up and you actually don't get as much pleasure out of it.
