How Do New Leaders Leverage That?

There's a window of being the new guy that tends to fade after a couple months, roughly. And during that period, there sing you out and figuring out who is this person? Can i rely on this person? Is this somebody whom I enjoy? All that getting to know you stuff impacts how new leaders succeed in their jobs. If you've taken advantage of the honeymoon, you have seen that person, they've seen you, and you a bit of an entre into that conversation than if you just went in cold.
