How Did You Get a Job?

The process to get a job is very centralized. Almost all the first round interviews are done at this one annual meeting. You do some short interviews there, am over the course of just a few days. Then you do second rounds, or fly out at the different schools that you know, inviteyod to a second round and then out of those, some share of those also make you an offer. So that's the general process. It's, like i say, highly centralized. And a, it's also a little bit of a crapshoote,. Like, cause there's a lot of a hydrogenaty, and lots of things that just randomly happen.
