What Is Going on With the Visualizations?
Tesla says he suffered from a peculiar affliction due to the appearance of images, often accompanied by strong flashes of light. The theory i have formulated is that the images were the result of a reflex action from the brain on the retina when under great excitation. They certainly enot hallucinations such as are produced in diseased and anguished minds. We should take tesla at his word here. These were fully fledged visions that, at times would appear real enough that his inclination was to reach out and touch them.
