Is UEFA Taking Responsibility for Failures in France?

I think we have to insist on the language they used in the report. I've never seen this in the report issued by the sports organization. My main concern is not for UEFA because I do think they're going to tighten a lot of things there, but it's more for the French authorities. The way football is policed in France is absolutely appalling as any supporter will tell you. And we've got two major events coming to Paris, which are going to use the Stadt de France and they are the rugby World Cup and the Olympic Games. And we can't have the same failures, obviously happening in that.
