The Dynamic Between Labor and Management

In his day job as a middle manager in a large and wingman nonprofit, I'm also engaged in trying to get people to come back to work. The dynamic between labor and management has nothing to do with the physical office per se; it's more about power struggle of labor and management. And so there will be some cases in which we think it's just going to be permanent. There'll be other cases in which it'll be clear that this is not working.
