93% of afghans are food insecure, 93 %. Food crisis like this doesn't happen very often. You even have, according to the analysis we've done, nine knolling people who are on the doorstep of the most severe tions. And now, you know, you're going to have winter coming up. The electricity starts to go out. It's harder totra in certain provinces, because if you live even like 20 minutes outside a major city, you could be cut off by the rain and the snow,. There's flooding and there's avalanches. So it's a major, major issue.
