The Different Ways of Communicating in Willem Defoe
No one's like, I've got a down Easter accent in here. And it's different than Willem Defoe's accent in this. Their ways of communicating are completely different. The syntax and rhythm of their speech, the cadence of their speech are completely different that are placing them in different worlds. They have stories upon stories, upon stories that we have not heard or like couldn't possibly guess at. That feeling of the characters being lived in echoes back that feeling of lore where they're telling stories about their past.
