I think people are starting to you know maybe just grow exhausted with the gray area and welcome the idea that they're now in the arena or am I thinking about that the wrong way. No I mean I think that that is that's right in the sense of forcing the SEC to litigate some of these issues will eventually lead to more clear law so I think it's right from that perspective. It might not be this year but at least we be like on the road to that.
