I'm looking for what I describe as often described as sort of the broccoli burger approach where you're getting a really great experience, but something that's also good for you. The seriousness of youth sport is getting earlier and earlier to the point where the concepts of participation based through play, enjoyment, engagement are disappearing. And actually, if we were to create a more inclusive and equitable talent system, ironically enough, it would probably pay dividends from a, from ultimate performance. Going against that, I think is really important.
