Jamie flinchbaw and i just had a long conversation over a pour of whisky, and episode 32 of our lean whisky podcast. We were talking about the great resignation, and things he's written about on the subject. He said you need to look at your own culture and practices and things that would drive people to even think about leaving. And it's hard, right? A, because holding that mirror up to ourselvesit is very difficult. But we learn something from them as well. The edges are pretty broad, but we almost always come back to talking about people.
