I've maintained 190 before on closer to 3500 calories and I'm not that far away from that weight. The body most people adapt pretty quickly on the way back up So, you know, I don't I'm not in favor of the old school lane norin method or something ridiculously slow like that. Just add another few hundred calories and then you'll be up a couple pounds but maintaining on much higher calories.
