Principle and Negotiation
I was just like wow this is a really cool way to kick off the book. So basically principle negotiation goes back to this theory by Roger Fisher and William Euring who in their book Kettie Toyess said there are I think four principles that we showed in three. The first rule is think issue not person. Don't be distracted whether you lie or dislike the other person because the minute you're effective emotionally they start getting off your rationale. And the last thing about the unicorn and the horse is you should not think perfection but you should think good enough. But of course we can have this idea about finding the perfect agreement.
