Isn't It a Great Scandal?

Literacy and numeras rates in america are still, or should be, a national scandal. There are countries with far lower g d ps than the us. That manage to educate their children far better than the united states does. And we've decided that testing is a part of the prolem because t you now, testing lets you know that you have a problem. Doesn't there seem to you, as there seems me, something kind of convenient that at the end witthout, you should go?
