Even if section 230 protections didn't apply, there are a whole host of other obstacles before the plaintiffs here could plausibly get relief. There's another companion case at the Supreme Court asking whether these are even tangible or plausible claims under the anti-terrorism act. And in fact, they don't have any concrete example of a particular perpetrator of the Paris attack who was radicalized by watching YouTube videos. It's entirely speculation at this point.
