Islam does not tell you that people can get away with murder, rape and bloodshed of innocent people. Allah created this universe or this creation on the basis of justice. Adam worth of good you will see, and Adam worth of evil you will see. Don't ever plan to sin. Destructive is the planning for your spirituality. If they do it, absolutely. You don't need anything. It's very important.
