It's mandatory that we acknowledge the fulness of ourselves, our dark sides and our bright sides. So let's just talk about what happens when we don't want to confront our shadows. These are some tactics that we use to run away from our shadow parts or to deny that there is any darkness in us. But if i don't take ownership of it and confront it, then i turn my husband into the bad guy, and i make all sorts of bad choices which justify my bad behavior. And i hurt people and myself.
