Active Management: A Hot Topic in the ETF World in 2023

More than a quarter of the ETF inflows this year are going to active management. Fidelity recently converted six pre-existing mutual funds intoETFs. High fees are always a problem for active management, because the active managers charge too much and they destroy a lot of their alpha.
