Dates are great as well. Probably best like utilize around workouts because I was wearing my CGM. And dates would definitely like it would give me a pretty big spike. It's like knee-jose candy, super high in glucose. But if you're partnering with the workout, I think they could be okay in moderation. Timing is all that matters there.
