The Future of Democracy

Virtually every country is wrestling with the way that its democratic systems represent the wishes of people. I imagine the same dilemmas you are describing that happen to a finance company,. health provider, right at the level of national culture and national purpose. So for me, these ideas are already out in the world. What we've done is tried to encapsulate them in a framework and language that allows people to have a conversation about their organisations. People are smart, so they'll work out. We want to bring this stuff to the world because why the hell not?
