Acid Reflux and the Effects on the Face
I noticed that my face really changes from mid 180s to mid 90s, mid 190s. I don't take the proton pump inhibitor, the parylocych or omni appraisal. And I can feel as a result of not doing that, that my, my, the neural, the peripheral neuropathy is going away. My feet, which have been there for like 10 years, which is unbelievable. It's probably 40, 50% better. Um, but the other really important things aside from like vanity metrics is they acid reflux is greatly reduced. Yeah. That's what drove me to start losing weight in the first place. But again, just attacking the root cause
