Sleep Is the Key to Longer Lives

A new study out this week suggests sleep may be one way to make that happen. People within Somnia are more than 1.6 times more likely to have a heart attack than people who sleep well. Researchers in a separate study found that getting good sleep can add years to your life. We're going to talk about it with Frank, Errol and Mondair.
