Clarence Thomas: I felt the blind, self-destructive rage that haunted so many of the people I knew. The more injustice I saw, the angrier I became. And the more I read about the black power movement, the more I wanted to be a part of it. "We're going to shoot the cop to our shooting our black brothers in the back," he says.
