What Do We Really Do With the Roman Offs?

Trotsky wanted a public trial to prove beyond all doubt the guilt of the x czar, then they would execute him publicly for crimes against his people. But with everything else going on in the spring of 19 18, the people's commissars made no specific plans to stage this trial. They did not even know what would happen if they brought nicholas back to moscow. It might spark an uncontrollable lynch mob. It may spark anunole uprising to set him free. Maybe not.
