Rafficoxib Increased Myocardial Infarctions by a Fourfold

Rafficoxib had a fourfold increase in myocardial infarctions over a nine month period of taking it. The fact that it increases your likelihood of clotting isn't a great thing. But I guess the take-home message from us, we're not clinicians. We're trying to give you the basic science of how these things work and read the studies on what's presented to us.
