The Differences Between Major and May

They're both from more ordinary backgrounds than the average Tory leader. Why is it that Major is grey and kind of grey and somehow warm and May has been seen as robotic and kind of cold? I think you can never overestimate charm in politics. The difference between Charles I and Charles II in terms of what they did in their attitude to Parliament was pretty similar. But whereas when Parliament complained to Charles I, he tore up their bill in their face. He had the same sort of contempt for them but just handled it differently.
