When you're tracking, should you count sauces and stuff like that? Anything that has cawlors, anything that has makros, if you are tracking, needs to be part of thequation. What's more important: Calories or macros? Ok? If you're hitting your essentials, and if protein is high, it doesn't make that huge of a difference, as long as your calarys are the same. But if you go under forty grams of fat, and that's below your essential fat, in take, i don't care what your calories are, youre fats n it's going to matter.
