The Importance of Channeling Positive Emotions
I don't think it's human not to feel these emotions, but channel them. It requires spiritual teachers that are connected by word of mouth to tradition. We've become over reliant on thinking, thinking that thinking can solve our problems. This is actually a psychosis state we're in and creates a very paralyzed version of self which is stuck in attempting to think itself out of a rut. That's actually making the rut deeper.
