Scooter Labuud's Defense in the Trial of John Eastman
Peter Zidenberg: I don't think John Eastman can testify because he's a co-conspirator. He'd have to be cross-examined by prosecutors in a courtroom, and that won't happen. So it's something to bandy about to the press now that's going to be our defense but they're not going to be able to put it on from an evidentiary standpoint in trial.
