Moneripo is a tool for building and managing angular applications. It's built on top of the popular lerna, which has its own versioning system. The team at moneripo wants to make libraries more granular so they can be run with fewer tests. They are also trying to improve performance by breaking up large projects into smaller pieces that don't have as much overhead.
