Bipolar Disorder: A Developmental Sequence
During a manic episode, a person usually would start multiple projects and feel that they're capable of accomplishing anything regardless of their experience or talent. One of the most common features of mania is decrease need for sleep. And now we're starting to identify children who are at risk for bipolar disorder because it's usually correlated to either a grandparent or a parent that has had this disorder.
