i spend a lot of time trying to assess, you know, how are people going to strie with us, or are there not? And then that must be start of it. We i think forst ivall, you do it very well. You recruit, feloto, gread people, cluding yourself. But i think the key to it is just trust to people. They can do great things. I something that i say to my team a lot at goldmansak is to get out of the building and go meet people and live in the world.
