In 19 80, when inflation was 13 and a half %, it went down because paul volker had intrust rates at 20%. Where are we now? Well, interust rates are at zero. The only thing pal is talking about doing is nudging them up to 25 basis points later this month. And then maybe we'll get five or six more its bitsy rad hikes between now and the end of the year.
